PhiBrows is a manual, semi-permanent technique of hyper-realistic eyebrow drawing in which the shape of eyebrows is calculated according to facial morphology and golden proportion (phi 1,618).The technique is intended for anyone over the age of 18 (persons under 18 must be accompanied by their parents) who wants to correct the aesthetic problems of their eyebrows. In order to successfully perform the treatment, the skin must not be in the regeneration process, i.e. it must not be damaged. If there is eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, acne, pimples or any damage in the eyebrows area, seven days before treatment the client can use PhiTopic cream that will eliminate the problems (instructions for use can be found on the package). PhiTopic is available/can be ordered in the salons where the treatments are done.

Pain during the treatment is relative. Scared clients usually feel stronger pain, while the other clients compare such pain with the one that they feel when plucking out their eyebrows. In addition, with women having period there is an increased sensitivity to pain, so it is not recommended to do the treatment while ladies have their period.  It is possible to use light anesthetics, in the form of cream or liquid, to completely eliminate pain during the treatment.

 Abrasive treatments such as peelings, fruit acids, chemical peels, laser treatments and similar should be avoided a month before the treatment. Also, one month before the treatment, botox or fillers should not be used. Pigment is applied manually in the surface layer of the dermis. Pigment is determined according to the natural color of the eyebrows and hair. After healing, pigment can become several nuances brighter compared to natural hair color.

Symmetry is calculated using PhiBrows application. It is calculated while the clients’ eyes are closed because in that way mimetic muscles that can affect eyebrows’ symmetry are relaxed. Pictures of prepared shapes, as well as all other important information, are stored in the application, under the Treatment History section. Strokes are always drawn in the direction of natural hair growth in order to achieve hyper-realistic eyebrow look.

Treatment is done by using sterile and disposable tools, while pigments are of the highest standard (PhiBrows microblading pigments). Correction is done a month after the treatment as 10-15% of strokes are lost after the first treatment. Inserted pigment is very dark during the first 5 to 7 days. 7 days later, it loses up to 40% of its intensity. If you think that pigment is too dark, do not try to fade it by yourself. Be patient, first wait for 7 days until it fades away naturally. For how long the pigment will be retained mostly depends on the skin oiliness. The oilier the skin is the shorter pigment retention is. Sweating and sun exposure also affect pigment retention.  On average, expected time until new refreshment of pigment is 10 to 12 months. If the skin is oily, it takes up to 6 months. Healing is completely done 28 days later and then it is necessary to add the pigment that was lost in the meanwhile. If the skin is problematic and oily, several such corrections can be made.

Post-treatment care makes 70% of total treatment success. Conscientiously stick and adhere to the given advice, because if you don’t do that, you can lose up to 80% of drawn strokes. Rinsing and applying the cream is of great significance.

How successful the treatment will be depends on:

• skin quality
• post-treatment care
• exposure to various external influences.

       None of these factors are under the Artist’s control, thus providing any guarantee for the treatment is not possible.

Before the treatment always consult with your artist if you:

• have problematic skin
• have serious health issues
• take certain medications
• already have an old PMU on your eyebrows.

Before the treatment, get familiar with the post-treatment care procedure. PhiAcademy recommends Royal Artists and guarantees for their experience and quality of work.

Before the treatment:

Before each treatment, the skin should not be burnt, nor in recovery or regeneration process.

The following treatments are not recommended 30 days before the treatment:

• botox and fillers
• fruit or lactic acids
• laser treatments
• chemical peel
• exposure to strong sunlight.

NanoRemoval Basic course

NanoRemoval is a surface technique, which means that there will be less skin damage, less irritation and much faster results, with very fast healing and no risk of scarring.
The NanoRemoval technique, with its combined products, starts working almost immediately after outlining the work area of an old tattoo or PMU, moving upwards through the layers of the skin forms a small crust over the treated area.

NanoRemoval Basic course includes 1 day of live training with theoretical and practical part and 6 months of learning through Craft Master mobile application with professional monitoring.

Theoretical part covers all the topics the students have to get familiar with in order to perform treatments successfully: 

• Introduction
• Presentation and Explanation of the products necessary for the treatment
• Basic information about the treatment
• Post Treatment Care
• How to do the second session
• Evaluation of photo collection from the customer

Practical part of the course includes: 

• Practice on the paper
• Practice on skin simulation
• Preparation for the treatment
• Procedure on a live model

During this part, students are monitored by the Master who is open to all their questions and provides advice on different topics.

All students will get the NanoRemoval starter kit, which contains the necessary products and tools that will help students in their further practice and work.

After the live training, students get the Certificate of Attendance and continue their learning via online studying mobile application Craft Master. Craft Master support is provided for 6 months and during this period, they will communicate with the Master who will be there to help them learn in the best possible way.
When students successfully pass the Craft Master training, they will receive certificate of NanoRemoval Technician and they will be marked and promoted on the map of all Artists/Technicians  on the PhiAcademy official website.

There are no marks for your work. It is either perfect or not. In order for it to be perfect, we have provided you with constant support. Even after the certificate has been obtained, our Support Team1 is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Basic course represents a detailed introduction to the skill, but without a possibility for monitoring and professional support when working. It lasts for two days and the program of the course is identical to the one of professional training.

Being a manual skill, microblading requires a certain amount of time spent practicing. This amount of time is not counted in days. It is counted in months. The initial two-day microblading course represents an introduction to the technique where the students become familiar with practice and basic problems of the technique and skin. After this two-day microblading course, the students stay in daily contact with the Academy via the Craft Master application where they upload their works and pass levels. Only when they pass all eleven levels they obtain their certificates. Average time needed for obtaining the certificate is between 3 and 4 months. The students spend about 150 hours practicing during this time.

Theoretical part of microblading course:

Knowing when we must not do the treatment is equally important as knowing how to draw the eyebrows. The theoretical part focuses on skin problems, post-treatment care, pigments, shape, symmetry, etc.

The practical part comes down to practice on skin simulation on the first day and practice on live models on the second day. Practicing on live models represents filling in the strokes drawn by a master, so that there is no possibility for the students to make mistakes since they are working on the existing marks. The aim of this practice is that the students see how it feels to work on real skin and to eliminate fear in this way. Another aim of this practice is to get the feeling for the right pressure to a certain extent.

The topic of hygiene is the most important one and it is presented through a sequence of preventive steps that need to be taken in order to avoid possible problems.

Each microblading course includes a starter kit, regardless of the fact whether it is a basic or a professional one.

To participate in a NanoBrows Perfection course, you have to be a certified Phibrows Artist or you are required to have some experience in microblading. In order to facilitate your learning process, PhiAcademy has provided its students with a 1-day live training. Live training covers different topics, including preparation of the client, what is involved in the microblading process, proper after-care etc. Students are monitored by the Master who is open to all their questions and provides advice on different topics.
After the live training, students receive Certificate of Attendance and get access to the Craft Master application, where all registered students are given a system of following online education during the next 3 months with all the necessary assistance provided by the Master.
Upon course completion, Master issues the NanoBrows Perfection Certificate to students who meet all the criteria and fulfil all conditions according to PhiAcademy standards.
All participants get the appropriate starter kit, which contains the necessary products and tools that will help students in further exercise and work.

If you are prevented to physically attend live training for certain reasons, we offer you the option of online studying. Online NanoBrows Perfection course gives to all registered students a system of following online education during the next 3 months with all the necessary assistance provided by the Master. Upon course completion, Master issues the appropriate NanoBrows Perfection Certificate to students who meet all the criteria and fulfil all conditions according to PhiAcademy standards. All participants get the appropriate starter kit.

Perfection training usually is one-day training and during it, the students master new skills and perfect the old ones. Perfection training can but does not have to, include work on live models. Perfection training has been designed for students who want to get additional knowledge and practice after obtaining the certificate. By rule, a small starter kit is obtained within the perfection training. Training prices are not fixed and they vary depending on the master to work with. Current training starter kit 2017 contains 3 boxes of disposable brush tools and one package of PhiShield aftercare cream.

The idea for this pattern arose from observing the natural hair growth, following their direction and combining all of the above with the ”twisted” hairs. This is the particular technique of drawing eyebrows in such way that the end result and drawn brows look more bushy and volumized.

Bold Brows became very popular and recognizable in short period of time and is nowadays massive trend also known as bushy, fluffy, or Hollywood eyebrows, mainly found in the world of modeling. First of all, this pattern was mostly inspired by the unplucked eyebrows, so the treatment is suitable for those who nurture the natural eyebrow look, yet want them to be thicker and more volumized. By virtue of careful observations during last period, this pattern has been more developed and is now available for all client types and 5 different spine directions, taking into the consideration that the natural eyebrow growth must be followed.
